Founded in 1994,Dion Global works with 600 employees and 550 customers across 85 countries the world over.
Dion Global grew in scale with a host of acquisitions and strategic partnerships globally.
And with these acquisitions, Dion inherited a lot of infrastructure and different work cultures.
Each company was using different messaging platforms and running multiple servers.
Which resulted in mails being routed via different servers leading to delays and downtime.
Seeing the need for one consolidated platform ,Dion moved to the cloud with Microsoft Office 365.
“The IT team should not spend its time worrying about the infrastructure, IP links and network and server availability. Therefore, a cloud – based solution was the obvious choice,” Gaurav Kohli , Development Director Implementation was planned in phases, consolidating four different mail servers into a single one. And Dion moved 600 users to
Exchange Online and Lync Online for better collaboration.
This allowed them to streamline communication leading to increased efficiencies.
Helped them centralize their email systems to create a single vision for the company.
